The Aeroclub Barcelona-Sabadell has taken part for the second consecutive year in Expo Bages, consolidating its presence at this important reference event in the region.
During the fair, the Aeroclub hosted a dedicated space for the promotion and dissemination of gliding, bringing this exciting branch of aviation closer to all visitors. The main objective of its participation was to showcase the soaring activity carried out at Sant Fruitós de Bages airfield, as well as to encourage interest in sport aviation among the general public.
Throughout the event, numerous attendees visited the stand to learn more about introductory courses, flight experiences, and the opportunities that gliding offers as a way of flying in direct contact with nature. The Aeroclub team shared their experience, answering questions and conveying their passion for unpowered flight.
The presence at Expo Bages reaffirms the Aeroclub Barcelona-Sabadell commitment to promoting aviation culture and its intention to continue fostering the growth of gliding activities at Sant Fruitós de Bages airfield.
